We take pride in our architectural craftsmanship and tactile European flax linen. Should an item not fulfill your expectations or sizing requirements, we offer a seamless 7-day doorstep return and exchange policy.
Conditions for Return
- Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in the original branded packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Reverse pickup will be scheduled directly from your delivery address at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and quality inspection at our atelier, refunds are processed within 48 hours to the original payment rail (Razorpay / UPI / NetBanking / Cards). Doorstep COD orders are refunded via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
